Utility Assistance

Providing essential support to families facing economic hardship by helping keep their lights on, water running, and homes safe.

Our Utility Assistance Program serves households in Owasso, Collinsville, and Sperry, living at or below the 200% federal poverty guidelines. We can provide assistance with a water, gas, or electric bill in cut-off notice or disconnect, once every 12 months.

Please fill out an application, which will require that you provide a copy of your ID, the bill with your local address, and ALL forms of income for ALL members of the household.

If you are unable to apply online, please call 918-272-4969 to schedule an appointment.

Please note, we do have limited funds each month.
